QASCO Increases Sales by 3% in 1987
The Qatar Steel Company (QASCO) - a joint-venture firm between the QatarGovernment (70%) and the Japanese firms Kobe Steel (20%) and Tokyo Boeki (10%) -increased its sales in 1987 by over 3% to 510,000 tons, compared to 496,000 tonsin 1986.
