LNG Take or Pay Could Threaten Existence of Distrigaz
Distrigaz of Belgium has warned in its Annual Report for 1987 that, shouldthe International Chamber of Commerce in Geneva endorse Sonatrach's claims inthe current arbitration proceedings over the two companies' liquefied naturalgas (LNG) deal, "it could threaten the very existence of the company."
