NO SIGN OF IMPENDING OPEC MEETING AS MARKET GLOOM DEEPENS
Despite worsening price and market conditions, only marginally alleviatedby a minor rally towards the end of last week, there seems little prospect ofany OPEC Oil Ministers getting together in the near future, either in committeeor extraordinary conference form, to try and sort things out before the nextscheduled regular conference on 21 November.
