IEOC Buys 55% of Agypetco
The Agip/ENI subsidiary International Egyptian Oil Company (IEOC) has purchased 55% of the interest of Agypetco (Denison Mines of Toronto, Canada) in the Melehia and West Razzak concessions in Egypt's Western Desert for $136mn, and has become the operator for the two concessions.
