GULF OIL MINISTERS TO MEET AGAIN AS OIL MARKET DETERIORATES STILL FURTHER
The fact that the Gulf Oil Ministers have arranged at short notice to hold anextraordinary session in Doha, Qatar, on Sunday 22 February, so soon after theirregular meeting in Abu Dhabi two weeks ago (MEES, 16 February), may be taken asan indication of the alarming deterioration in market conditions over the pastfortnight.
