Ecuador Admits Overproduction
Ecuador is exceeding its OPEC production quota and intends to ask the OPECdifferentials committee to reduce the official price of its Oriente crude byat least 50 cents a barrel, according to Deputy Energy Minister FernandoSantos Alvite.
