Santa Fe Buys Oxy's Geothermal Energy Interests
Occidental Petroleum announced on 8 November that it will sell its geothermal energy business to the Kuwait-owned Santa Fe International Corp. for $350mn as part of a program to dispose of unwanted assets. The closing of the deal is set for 15 November.
