Libya To Set up Investment Company With Malaysia
Libya and Malaysia are to set up a joint-venture investment company under an agreement signed in Tripoli on 11 December. The company will be based in Kuala Lumpur and its $4.17mn capital will be jointly subscribed by the Governments of the two countries. It will act as a holding company investing in trade, commercial and investment activities in both countries.
