CPC Partners Want Russia To Approve Pipeline Expansion
Russias oil company partners in the Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC) want Moscow to approve a plan to expand the 1,500km CPC pipeline from its current capacity of 28mn tons/year (560,000 b/d) to 67mn t/y (1.34mn b/d) by 2009. In October last year, because of growing export volumes from Kazakhstan, the consortium announced plans to move forward the expansion of the pipeline...
