Minor Reshuffle In Omans Cabinet
Sultan Qabus on 8 February issued a royal decree changing two cabinet posts. Shaikh Muhammad al-Harthy replaces Malik al-Muammari as Transport and Telecommunications Minister, with the latter appointed Inspector of Police and Customs at ministerial level.
