Tankers Lift Libyan Crude From Rebel-Held Ports
As the fighting between Mu'ammar al-Qadhafis forces and rebels continues in Libya, tankers have already started lifting crude from operations controlled by the latter. Qatar has already marketed three shipments from East Libya and there were also news reports, unconfirmed by MEES, that at least one trading company had lifted cargoes from rebel-held ports.
