Bahrain Government Hires SNC-Lavalin To Investigate Power Blackout
The Bahrain government has commissioned Canadas SNC-Lavalin to carry out an investigation into the causes of the power blackout that the island suffered on 23 August (MEES, 30 August). The company has been given one month to submit its findings. A team from SNC-Lavalin visiting Bahrain on 12 September met a ministerial committee formed to look into the blackout....
