Reconstruction Could Be Hindered By Pre-War Diplomacy Problems, Warns CSIS

Diplomatic problems between the US and the international community in the build-up to the war in Iraq could seriously impact post-conflict reconstruction efforts, according to the Washington-based Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS).
