EIA Maintains 2003 Demand Growth Forecast At 1.1Mn B/D
The Energy Information Administration (EIA) of the US Department of Energy has maintained its forecast for 2003 global oil demand growth at 1.1mn b/d, but raised its near-term estimates for actual demand by 1.2-1.3mn b/d.
