SPC Awarded Enhanced DevelopmentContract For Suwaidiyah OilField
TheSyrian Petroleum Company (SPC) has been awarded an enhanced developmentcontract for the Suwaidiyah oil field, which produces170,000 b/d of Syrian Heavy crude oil. Bidders for the contract included TotalFinaElf and Ocean Energy, according to an oil ministryspokesman.
