OPEC Reaches Consensus On Need To Cut Output At 17 January Extraordinary Meeting
A consensus has emerged among OPEC states that when oil ministers meet in extraordinarysession in Vienna on 17 January they should agree on a production cut to stop any further slide in crude prices.
