21 IOCs Interested In Six New Exploration Blocks On Offer
Some 21 international oil companies (IOCs) obtained technical data on six exploration blocks offered by Algeria before the data rooms closed on 20 December, according to Algerias Energy and Mining Minister Chakib Khelil. Eleven potential bidders are new to exploration in the country: KUFPEC of Kuwait, the UAEs Gulf Keyston, Koreas KNOC, Russias Transgaz, Chinas China Sheng, and US companies...
