Kashagan Operator Announces Discovery At Second Test Well
Italys Eni, operator of the Offshore Kazakstan International Operating Company (OKIOC) through its affiliate Agip Caspian Sea BV, released a statement on 14 March announcing that it had completed drilling at the Kashagan West-1 test well site and that it had detected hydrocarbons. Without elaborating, Eni said a well testing program would be undertaken following the completion of logging activities....
