Caspian Status Summit Postponed Again
A proposed summit of the leaders of the Caspian Sea littoral states for the purpose of deciding the seas legal status has been postponed for the second time in as many months. The leaders of Russia, Kazakstan, Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan and Iran were to meet in the Turkmen port city of Turkmenbashi on 14-15 April to discuss how the natural resources of the Caspian should be shared, but Turkmenistans state press service...
