Moodys Adjusts FSRs Of Some Qatari Banks To Reflect Expanded Scale
US ratings agency Moodys Investors Service announced on 31 May that it had adjusted its financial strength ratings (FSRs) for some Qatari banks in line with the expanded scale (from 9 to 13 levels) occasioned by the introduction of minus-sign modifiers and the revised FSR definitions. The FSRs affected by the move are as follows:
