NOC Completes Work On Draft Hydrocarbon Law With Final Approvals Expected In 2H 2000
Work on Libyas draft hydrocarbon law has been completed by the National Oil Corporation (NOC) committee and it has been passed to the Secretariat (ministry) of Energy for approval, after which it will be forwarded to the General Peoples Committee (cabinet) and the General Peoples Congress (parliament) for final ratification during the second half of this year, MEES learns....
