Vitol Hopeful Of Leading Syndicate To Raise Finance For Irans Neka-Tehran Pipeline
The Geneva-based oil trading company Vitol SA is hopeful of being awarded a contract to arrange financing for a $400mn pipeline to deliver crude oil from the Iranian Caspian Sea port of Neka to Tehran, MEES understands. Vitol anticipates being officially appointed within three months to become the lead partner in a syndicate being formed to fund the pipeline.
