Alon Israel Purchases TotalFinaElfs Big Spring Refinery In The US
TotalFinaElf announced on 22 May that it has reached an agreement to sell some of its US downstream assets to the Alon Israel Oil Co. Under the terms of the agreement, valued by analysts at $400mn, Alon will take over Totals Big Spring refinery in west Texas and Fina brand stations in Texas, New Mexico, Louisiana, Arizona and Arkansas.
