Libya Nominates Shukri Ghanim For Post Of OPEC Secretary General
Libya has officially notified the OPEC secretariat of its decision to nominate Dr Shukri Ghanim for the post of OPEC Secretary General. Dr Ghanim is currently Director of the Research Division in OPEC and in charge of the OPEC secretariat during the absence of Secretary General RilwanuLukman.
