ECU80Mn For Tunisian Modernization
The European Investment Bank (EIB) announced on 15 December that it hadawarded two loans worth a total of ECU80mn ($94mn) to Tunisia for private sectordevelopment and water projects. ECU50mn ($59mn) has been awarded for the modernization ofsmall and medium-sized firms and a second loan worth ECU30mn ($35mn) has been allocated tobuild small dams in rural areas.
