Lebanon Reduces Some Product Prices
The Lebanese Minister of Industry and Oil, Mr. ChahBarsoumian, on 4 March issued a ministerial decree reducing the retail price of keroseneby LL200 ($0.13) to LL6,400 ($4.12) per 20 liters, that of gas oil by LL200 ($0.13) toLL5,800 ($3.74) per 20 liters and that of butane by LL400 ($0.26) to LL8,600 ($5.54) for a10 kg. gas cylinder. The new prices came into effect on 5 March.
