ABB And CMS Energy Joint Venture To Expand Morocco's Jorf Lasfar Power Plant
A joint venture company comprised of the Swiss-Swedish owned Asea Brown Boveri AG andCMS Energy Corp. of the US reached agreement with a Moroccan Government-led consortium on12 September on a $1.5bn deal to privatize and expand the 660 megawatt coal-fired powerplant at Jorf Lasfar. The deal calls for the power plant's current generation capacity tobe doubled to 1,356 megawatts....
