Iran And Russia Sign MOU For Refinery And Petrochemical Complex In Chahbahar FreeZone
Iran and Russia signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) in Tehran on 23 Octobercovering the construction of an oil refinery and a petrochemical complex at the Chahbaharfree trade and industrial zone in southeastern Iran.
