Kuwait Considers Participation Of Foreign Banks
The Governor of the Central Bank of Kuwait, Shaikh Salim ibn 'Abd al-'Azizal-Sabah, has raised the possibility that foreign banks may be allowed to takestakes of up to 40% in local banks.
