Morocco Receives European Loan To Finance Electricity Link With EU
Morocco's Office Nationale de l'Electricite (ONE) has received a loan fromthe European Investment Bank (EIB) worth ECU80mn ($96mn) that will help financethe interconnection of the Moroccan and European Union's (EU) electricitygrids. The funds are being made available to Morocco under the European Union'sEC-Mediterranean "horizontal financing cooperation" program.
