King Fahd Offers Condolences To Nazer

King Fahd of Saudi Arabia and other senior members of the Saudi royal familyhave paid their personal condolences to Mr. Hisham Nazer, the Saudi Minister ofPetroleum and Mineral Resources on the death of his brother, Dr. 'Abd al-FattahNazer.
