Salamah Appointed Governor Of Lebanese Central Bank
Mr. Riad Salamah is to replace Mr. Michel Khoury as Governor of the Banque duLiban (Central Bank). Mr. Khoury resigned on 18 May and the appointment of Mr.Salamah was announced on 21 May. The four deputies to the former governor willalso be replaced. Mr. Salamah has recently been based in Paris.
