Turkey and Iraq Hold Preliminary Oil Talks
Turkey has told Iraq that it is ready to discuss the transit fee for Iraqioil exports through Turkey and that this issue should not be an obstacle forIraqi exports through the Iraqi-Turkish pipeline once an agreement with the UNSecurity Council is obtained, MEES understands.
