Russias SIBUR In Talks With NPC For Joint Petrochemicals Projects
Russias Energy Minister Sergei Shmatko, told reporters in Tehran on 29 November that SIBUR, Russias largest petrochemical company, is negotiating with Irans National Petrochemical Company (NPC) for joint development projects in Iran.
