Kuwait Creates Authority to Assess Losses Arising from Occupation
A Kuwait Amiri Decree, dated 27 May, has established a "Public Authorityfor Estimating Compensation for Losses Arising from the Iraqi Aggression".The decree charges the authority with "assessing the damage and estimatingthe losses of those who suffered as a result of acts perpetrated by theaggressor, occurring between 2 August 1990 and 27 February 1991."...
