Iran Hopes $25/B Minimum Price Remains after Gulf Crisis
Mr. GholamrezaAghazadeh, the Iranian Oil Minister, said that his country expects crude oilprices to remain above $25/B even after the resolution of the Gulf crisis."We hope that with the resolution of the crisis, $25/B will be observed asthe minimum price," he told Tehran radio on 1 September. OPEC's currentminimum reference price, agreed upon in Geneva last July, is $21/B.
