NITC Signs Ship Repair Contract with Lisnave
The National Iranian Tankers Company (NITC) has signed a $5mn contract withPortugal's Lisnave for the repair of war-damaged tankers. The first vesselarrived at Lisnave's dry dock in Lisbon on 24 January for repairs estimated tocost around $1.5mn. During the Gulf war NITC repaired the majority of itsdamaged vessels at the Dubai dry dock.
