Ma'aden Signs Contract For Magnesium Processing Plant
Ma'aden has signed a SR95mn ($25mn) contract with Olayan Descon for the construction of a new mineral processing plant in Madina that will produce around 140,000 tons/year of magnesium carbonate, or magnesite, for the next 20 years. The ore will be transported from the al-Ghazalah magnesite mine to the new plant, which will include kilns, and furnaces for calcining and sintering...
