Arab Banks Lend to Turkish Borrowers
Three Turkish deals are currently on the market with significant Arab bankparticipation. Yapi ve Kredi Bankasi (YKB) is borrowing $50mn for one year froma group with three lead managers, including Gulf International Bank, Kuwait AsiaBank and Bank of Tokyo. The loan carries a 1.125% spread over Libor and frontend fees are 62.5bp for $4mn, 55bp for $3mn, 50bp for $2mn and 45bp for $1mn....
