1986 Budget Estimates Oil and Gas Revenues at $10bn
Algeria's 1986 budget, announced on 30 November, forecasts oil and gas revenues of 48bn dinars ($10bn), down 7.7% from the budgeted DA52bn in 1985 (MEES, 22 March), although higher than estimated actual 1985 revenues of DA44bn. Total revenues in 1986 are put at DA123bn ($25.6bn), up DA10bn from the 1985 budget figure. Expenditures in 1986 are budgeted at DA128bn ($26.7bn), divided between the administrative budget...
