Japan Grants $21.5mn to Egypt and Sudan
Japan will provide ¥3.735bn ($21.5mn) in aid to Egypt and Sudan, according to a Japanese Foreign Ministry spokesman. Sudan will receive $15.7mn to finance water treatment and supply projects, while Egypt will be granted $5.8mn to help finance a low-income housing project.
