KIO Buys 14.7% of UK Engineering Company
The Kuwait Investment Office (KIO) has acquired 8.73mn shares in the UK engineering company TI Group from Evered Holdings. The KIO stake in TI's equity stands at 14.66%, worth some œ41mn ($62mn), making it the biggest single shareholder in the group.
The KIO has been relatively active on the London stock market in recent months, increasing its stake in the Argyll Group to 14mn shares...
