US Grants Tunisia $19mn Worth of Food Supplies
The US has agreed to grant drought-stricken Tunisia $19.2mn worth of emergency food supplies, according to an agreement signed on 4 September. The accord provides for a $10mn concessional loan to buy 100,000 tons of durum and a further $19.2mn to buy 57,000 tons of wheat.
