Italy Extends $500mn Credit Facility to Iraq
The Italian Government has approved the extension of $500mn worth of credit facilities to Italian exporters and contractors operating in Iraq, as well as to provide the necessary export insurance guarantee, according to an agreement signed between the two governments on 7 August 1984 and published in the Iraqi Official Gazette on 19 November.
