Iran and Turkey to Study Pipelines for Oil and Gas Exports
Iran and Turkey have signed agreements under which Turkey will import 6mn tons of Iranian crude oil in 1985 and the two countries will study proposals to build pipelines to export Iranian oil and gas via Turkey. The agreements were concluded during a three-day official visit to Turkey by Iranian Prime Minister Hossein Moussavi which began on 20 January.
The trade deal covers exchanges worth a total of some $3bn in 1985...
