AID FLOWS
UK Lends $6mn for Jordan's Rural Electric Network
The British Government has agreed to lend Jordan 4mn (6.2mn) to finance thesecond stage of the rural electricity network in the Irbid district. The loanforms part of an agreement signed in March 1982 under which the UK agreed tofinance a number of development projects in the current Five-Year Plan.
