Kazakhstan And Russia Reach $23Bn Deal To Develop Offshore Kurmangazy
Kazakhstans KazMunaiGaz and Russias Rosneft on 6 July reached an agreement covering the development of the offshore Caspian Kurmangazy oilfield.
