Oil Pipeline Damaged By Blast In Yemens Marib Province
An oil pipeline in Yemens central Marib province was damaged in an explosion last week and tribesmen prevented technicians from repairing it, the local press reported on 15 March. The pipeline was set on fire and a road connecting gas fields in the area was shut. The main road to Sanʹa was also damaged, halting commercial traffic and supplies to the capital.
