Telecoms Sector To Be Liberalized
The Bahraini cabinetalso approved a number of measures aimed at opening the telecoms sector. Themeasures include the establishment of a regulatory body and the drawing up of aplan to provide a legislative and competition-based framework for this sector.The regulator will oversee implementation of the framework plan.
