Kemya Awards Contracts For Expansion of Jubail Complex
The Jubail Petrochemical Company (Kemya) - a 50/50 joint venture between the SaudiBasic Industries Corporation (SABIC) and Exxon Chemical Arabia (a division of ExxonCorporation of the US) - on 17 May signed contracts for a major expansion of itspetrochemical complex at Jubail, estimated to cost in excess of $1bn, according to Exxon.The expansion projects consist of the following:
